Inventory > Categories > Tags

What more do I need to use this feature?

  • The Tags feature needs to be enabled by Admins for all Staff through Checkfront Labs (Manage > Checkfront Labs)

TagsList

The following information is displayed for each Tag.

Column Description

ID

A system-generated numerical ID is used to identify your Tags.

Name

The name of your Tag. This name is visible to the Customer within the Customer Booking Page (Customers > Customer Booking Page or add /reserve to your account URL), Booking Widget, and reports.

Items/products

The number of items/products associated with the Tag.

Weight

Determines the order in which your Tags display on the Customer Booking Page (Customers > Customer Booking Page or add /reserve to your account URL) and the Booking Widget. The higher the weight, the closer to the beginning of the list the Tag appears. Multiple Tags that share the same weight are sorted alphabetically.
Visibility

Communicates whether the Tag is visible to Everyone, Staff only, in Reports only. Filter the Tags list for those visible to Everyone, Staff only, and in Reports only. Alternatively, you can view all Non-Archived Tags.

Click on any of the column headers to organize the rows for that column into alphabetical or numerical order.

After clicking, a small arrow appears in the header cell.

  • If the arrow points up, the data in the row is in ascending order.
  • If the arrow points down, the data is in descending order.

You can refresh the page to reset the column's original state.
