Filtering by date
You can filter your Discounts list by date by selecting a date option from the Date dropdown menu. The list of discounts displayed is adjusted to reflect your choice.
You can filter by preset periods (e.g., Yesterday, Today, This Month) or specify a custom date range. By default, the list is filtered for All Upcoming.
Filtering by status
If you have a long list of discounts in your account and want to filter them by status, click the Status button, then select a status from the dropdown menu.
You can choose from the following values:
| Value | Description |
| All | Includes enabled, disabled, and expired discounts in the Product Discounts list. |
| Enabled | Includes product discounts that are currently enabled and scheduled for present or future dates. This is the default view on the Product Discounts list. |
| Disabled | Includes discounts that have been disabled and are no longer applied to products in the Product Discounts list. |
| Expired | Includes discounts with past date/time that are no longer active in the Product Discounts list. |
Filtering by type
You can filter your list to display All, Voucher, or Discount Code records.
Click the Type button, then select from the dropdown menu.
Searching for discounts
If you wish to find a specific discount, you can use the search box to enter your search term. The system displays any matches in the list below the search field.
Sorting your discounts list
You can sort your discount list by any column in the table. Click the name of any column to sort the list by that value in ascending or descending order.
