Not every business needs to see the same Customer information at a glance. By choosing which columns appear in your Customers Directory and in what order, you can surface the details that matter most to your team and keep your workflow focused.

Accessing the edit columns modal
You can access the Columns modal from the top-right of the Customers Directory list by clicking the icon with the same name to choose which columns to display and their order.

Customers Directory table The Customers Directory table scrolls if the number of selected columns exceeds the number that can be shown simultaneously, depending on your screen size and resolution. |
The following columns are available for use within the Customers Directory:
| Column | Description |
| Customer | The First Name, Last Name, and Email address of the Customer. |
|
Customer ID |
A unique identifier for the Customer. |
| Bookings | The total number of bookings attached to the Customer. |
|
Total |
The total value of bookings attached to the Customer. |
| Last Booking | The creation date of the Customer's most recent booking and its ID. |
|
Last Login |
The date the Customer last logged in. Enabled Customer Accounts are required to see this column. |
|
Status |
The status of the Customer. The statuses are Active, Blocked, or Archived. |
| Location | The state/province and country of the Customer. |
| Created | The date the Customer Profile was created. |
| The email address of the Customer. | |
| Phone | The phone number of the Customer. |
| Address | The address of the Customer. |
| City | The city of the Customer. |
| Region | The state or province associated with the Customer. |
| Country | The country of the Customer. |
| Zip/Postal | The Zip/Postal code of the Customer. |
