Customize the Daily Manifest to display only the information that matters most to your team. By editing the visible columns, you can simplify your workspace, focus on relevant booking and guest data, and ensure the information you need is available when printing or exporting the manifest.

Accessing the edit columns modal
By default, the system displays the booking information described in the previous article. You can customize which columns display by accessing the Columns modal at the top right of the bookings list.
- Open the Daily Manifest.
- Click Edit Columns at the top-right corner of the manifest view.
- Select or deselect the fields you want to display in the Edit Columns window.
- A checkmark (☑) means the column appears in your manifest.
- Unchecked boxes hide columns you don’t need.
- Click Save to save your selections.
Editing booking detail columns
You can include additional Booking Details, such as Phone, Address, City, Country, State/Prov, Postal/Zip, Discount Code, or the Note column, and reorder (drag and drop) the columns to suit your preferred layout.

Editing account parameter columns
The system includes any configured account parameters (Qty, Adult, Guests, etc.) in the list of Booking Detail Columns, which you can include in the Daily Manifest as custom columns (e.g., Guests).
