Editing columns within the Daily Manifest

Customize the Daily Manifest to display only the information that matters most to your team. By editing the visible columns, you can simplify your workspace, focus on relevant booking and guest data, and ensure the information you need is available when printing or exporting the manifest.

Where can I find this feature using the top menu?

• Booking > Daily Manifest > Columns
   

What more do I need to use this feature?

• Admin or restricted permissions to View all Reports (or Daily Manifest) and Export Data.
• Admin or restricted permissions to View all Reports (or Revenue) to access the Revenue Report from Insights.
• The Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration is required to collect and include Guest information within your Daily Manifest.
   

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic items, classic products, or both?

• This feature is available in both our classic version, which uses classic items (Inventory > Items), and our classic version, which uses classic products (Inventory > Products).  → Learn more about products

By default, the system displays the booking information described in the previous article. You can customize which columns display by accessing the Columns modal at the top right of the bookings list.

1. Open the Daily Manifest.
2. Click Edit Columns at the top-right corner of the manifest view.
3. Select or deselect the fields you want to display in the Edit Columns window.
   • A checkmark (☑) means the column appears in your manifest.
   • Unchecked boxes hide columns you don’t need.
4. Click Save to save your selections.
    

You can include additional Booking Details, such as Phone, Address, City, Country, State/Prov, Postal/Zip, Discount Code, or the Note column, and reorder (drag and drop) the columns to suit your preferred layout.

The system includes any configured account parameters (Qty, Adult, Guests, etc.) in the list of Booking Detail Columns, which you can include in the Daily Manifest as custom columns (e.g., Guests).

The system lists the available display columns for the guest records in the Daily Manifest under the Guest Details section.

 

Guest Form Integration and Guest Information The Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration is required to collect and include Guest information within your Daily Manifest.
