Where can I find this feature using the top menu?
- Go to the following address: https://get.checkfront.com/login/global/, enter your Account URL, and click the Forgot Password? link on the Login page.

Resetting passwords and iCal feeds An account links to the Calendar iCal feeds it generates. If the account that generated the feed is disabled or if the login credentials for that account change, then any iCal feed links previously generated no longer work. To resolve this, you can generate new iCal feeds to link to your external calendars. |
Resetting your password
1. You can reset your password using the Forgot password? link at the bottom of the Login page. Clicking this link opens the "Forgot Your Password?" page.
2. Within the Forgot Your Password? Page, you need to enter the Email address associated with your account.

3. You are emailed with a link to reset your password, so check your email! You can have the email resent if needed.
4. Next, go to your email account to open the email. Check the spam or junk mail folder if you can't find the email.
5. Within the email, you see a URL. Click that link to confirm and start the password change.
5. You are taken to the Change Your Password page, where you can reset your password.
What are the password requirements? Make sure that your password contains:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lowercase letters (a-z).
- Uppercase letters (A-Z).
- Numbers (0-9).
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*).
For example: !2E4s678.
That's it! The system has changed your password, and you can navigate to the Booking Manager using the Back to Booking Manager button.
