When a returning Customer calls to book, you shouldn't have to start from scratch. Creating a booking directly from a Customer Profile lets your staff skip the data entry and get straight to the reservation with the Customer's information already in place.

Adding new bookings
From the Customer Profile, you can create a new booking using the Customer's previously entered information. Click the + New Booking button in the left sidebar to create a new booking.
This opens the Customer Booking Page with a new booking started for the Customer in focus. The Staff member can then complete the booking for the Customer. Once complete, the booking is listed within the Booking section of the Customer's profile.

Editing a Customer profile
Editing the Customer record is easy. Type directly into the field you need to update or change the values of the drop-down menus. Be sure to save your changes by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page.
|
Updating previous Customer bookings Editing the Customer Profile does not update previous bookings by that Customer. The address entered for a prior booking remains the same unless you pull up that invoice and edit it manually. |
|
Adding a Staff note Adding a Staff note to a Customer Profile is not currently possible. Staff notes may, however, be added to a Customer's invoice on a per-booking basis. |
