Previewing your waiver and document templates allows you to see exactly how they’ll appear to Guests, with live fields, formatting, and a step-by-step flow. This helps you catch layout or content issues before a booking goes live, ensuring a professional and error-free guest experience.

Previewing documents
So far, in this series of articles, we have discussed the ability to preview your document to see what your updates will look like to the Customer. Let’s look at the preview in a little more detail.
Click on the Preview button to open the preview.
The document you are working on is on the left side of the preview pane. The live field now replaces any field shortcodes you have added to the document. You can even enter some test information to try it out fully!
On the right side of the preview pane is a list of steps that the Guest must complete to submit the document. As the Guest completes each step, a checkmark appears next to the completed step and the status bar at the top advances.
The system adds additional steps to the list for any steps related to repeated sections. The number of steps depends on how often the Customer repeats the section.
