Sometimes you need to reach a Customer quickly without having to look up their details separately. The Checkfront Android app lets you call Customers and add them to your device's contacts directly from a booking, keeping communication fast and straightforward. This article shows you how.

Contacting Customers through the Android mobile booking app
From time to time, you may need to contact a Customer via phone or email, whether to send them a quick message or forward a copy of their invoice. You can do that directly from the Android Mobile Booking App.
Contacting Customers
Next to the status button at the bottom of the invoice view is the Contact Customer button, depicted by a paper airplane icon.
- Tap the Contact Customer button to open a menu of possible Customer interactions.
- Select the action you want from the list (see table below for descriptions), and your device performs the required function automatically.

| ADD TO CONTACTS | This option loads the Customer's information into the contact app on your device, so that you can add the contact to your phone. |
