Admin or Staff user accounts only. Partner account logins are not supported.
Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic items, classic products, or both?
- This feature is available in both our classic versions: classic items (Inventory > Items) and classic products (Inventory > Products). → Learn more about products
- Important: Only the QR Code Scanner feature of the app, used to check in Guests via QR Barcodes on invoices, is supported for products (Inventory > Products) at this time.
About the Android app
The Checkfront Android app gives you access to your bookings and Customer information from your Android device. It's useful when you're working away from a computer, like at a check-in desk, on a tour, or at a rental stand. All you need is an internet connection.
With the app, you can:
- Create new bookings
- View current and upcoming bookings
- Search bookings by Customer or date
- Check guests in by scanning the QR code on their invoice
- Check bookings in and out
- View and update booking notes
- Access your global bookmarks
- Add Customers to your phone's contacts
- Call Customers directly from the app
The app is free to download and works with Admin and Staff accounts.
Downloading and Installing the app
To install the Checkfront Android Mobile Booking App:
- Tap the Play Store icon on your Android device's home screen or in your app drawer.
- Select the search feature and type Checkfront into the search field.
- Tap Checkfront - Online Booking to learn more about the app.
- Tap the blue Install button to begin the download.
- Tap the Open button to open the app on your phone.
