How to share the guest form link (high-level)
- On the Guest Details screen (after booking), look for the Share this link option near the top.
- Click it to open a pop-up with a private URL.
- Click Copy to copy the URL to your clipboard.
- Paste or send this URL to guests (via email, chat, etc.).
Find a detailed description of these steps below.
Sharing a link to the guest form
Occasionally, the Booker may not have access to the information you requested in your Guest Form for all Guests in the booking.
In addition to the individual invite links we looked at in the previous article, the Booker can obtain a link from the top of the Guest Details screen using the share this link option and forward the link to the other participants. This link is public, and anyone with the link can access it.
Step 1 - Booker copies and shares the link
The Booker needs to click the share this link option to open a small pop-up modal containing a private URL for sharing.
Next, the Booker needs to click the Copy button to copy the URL to the Booker's clipboard, which they can then share with the other Guests on the booking.
Step 2 - Guest opens the form and fills out the details
When Guests click the link in their email, they are presented with a private web page where they can fill out and submit their Guest Details.
Step 3 - Booker continues to receipt
When finished with the share link, or if they don't wish to use it as described above, the Booker can click the continue to your receipt link at the top of the page to complete the booking process.
And that's it for the booking. At this point, Bookers cannot view or edit the information on the guest form.
