Reviewing guest entries
As a Staff member, you can view Guest Information under the Guests tab of the Booking Invoice.
|
Searching for Guests Do you need to quickly find a Guest and bring up a Booking Invoice? Guests can be searched using the global search bar at the top right of every page when selecting the magnifying glass icon. They may be searched by name, email address, or booking ID. |
Clicking this tab opens the Guest view for the booking.
The Item List and Guest List sections are displayed, similar to what the Booker saw during the booking process.
However, Staff have additional functionality in that they can edit the Guest details provided by the Booker during the booking process.
