Archiving a Customer Record
- Find the Customer you need to archive in the Customers Directory
- Open their Customer Profile.
- Click the Archive button at the top-right of the Customer Profile page to archive the Customer record and profile.

- Click the Activate button to return the Customer record to its previous, unarchived state.
