What is a booking status? A booking status acts as a visual label and functional state for each booking in your system.

Changing a booking status without emailing a recipient
Would you like to change a booking's status without sending a notification to the recipient? If so, this is possible to do by following these steps:
- In the booking's Invoice tab, select the status menu to view available statuses.
- Choose the new status you want to apply.
- In the Confirm Update window, uncheck the Send email notifications option so that the system does not send any attached instant notifications to recipients with this status change.
- Click the Update button to continue.

Any scheduled notifications continue to be sent as planned. |
