To find a Customer by phone number, start by finding the Search icon at the top of any page.

The Search field reveals itself along with other recent Searches. Enter the phone number in this field.

Results begin to narrow as you enter the number. You can find the Customer you are looking for and click the record.

This takes you to the matching Customer Details page!
