Snapshot E-mail (Weekly Summary) Conditions
What does the Booking Page Visitors number in the Snapshot E-mail (Weekly Summary) email refer to? Any new visitor to your Customer-facing booking page counts toward this report. The system checks whether the visitor has a browser cookie for your booking page. If they do, it counts as one visit, even if they visit multiple booking widgets or the same booking page multiple times in a short period. |
What does the Conversion Rate in the Snapshot E-mail (Weekly Summary) refer to? The conversion rate is the percentage of visitors to your Booking Widget / Hosted Booking page that book out of the total number of visitors for the specified period. The conversion rate is calculated as follows: In Checkfront terms, the conversion rate equals the number of website bookings divided by the total number of page views of items/products on the Booking Widget / Hosted Booking Page multiplied by 100, for example: 50 bookings/1000 views x 100 = 5% conversion rate To find out more about website visitors and conversion rates, visit the following blog post: |
