Find the Customer you need to archive within the Customers Directory and open their Customer Profile. Click the Archive button at the top-right of the Customer Profile page to archive the Customer record and profile.
Archiving the Customer record does not delete previous bookings from the system.
Click the Activate button to return the Customer record to its previous, unarchived state.
