- Admin permissions or restricted permissions to View Customer List and Edit Customers.
Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new, or both?
- The Customers Directory feature is available to both those using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and those using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

Archiving a Customer Record
Back to topFind the Customer you need to archive within the Customers Directory and open their Customer Profile. Click the Archive button at the top-right of the Customer Profile page, to archive the Customer record and profile.

Archiving the Customer record does not delete previous bookings from the system. |
Click the Activate button to return the Customer record to its previous, unarchived state.
