Locate: Customers > Directory > Customer Profile
- Admin permissions or restricted permissions to View Customer List and Edit Customers.
- The Customer Directory feature is available to both those using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and those using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.
New to Checkfront - Products ✨
Products (Inventory > Products) is the successor feature to (Inventory > Items) and is available in our newest version of Checkfront.

Archiving a Customer RecordBack to top
Find the Customer you need to archive within the Customers Directory and open their Customer Profile. Click the Archive button at the top-right of the Customer Profile page, to archive the Customer record and profile.
Archiving the Customer record does not delete previous bookings from the system.
Click on the Activate button to return the Customer record to its previous, unarchived state.
