In accordance with our data retention policy, upon closing an account all of your data will be deleted from the system. This includes bookings/customer data, inventory, associated media, and statistics.
Data may stay in our backup rotation for up to 30 days after your account has been closed.
Before closing your account, or anytime during your membership, you may Export (Manage > System > Database > Export) all of your data.
This System Database Export (Manage > System > Database > Export) is a raw XML data file meant for other booking applications to see and use these files.
For more viewer-friendly access to this data (for instance, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or PDF), we would recommend that you individually Export your Reports or the Customers Directory (Customers > Directory).
The Export option is displayed at the upper right of each page along with the other standard actions.
