System Snapshot Overview
The System menu (Manage > System) link takes you to a snapshot view of your system and some of its functionality. Here, you find quick links to manage your Subscription, System Users, Database, and more!
Subscription
The Subscription setting allows you to view your current Subscription plan. Click the Modify link to change your plan or modify your payment details.
Click the Close link to view account closure options.

Annual Bookings
The Annual Bookings setting communicates the number of bookings processed through your system during your annual booking volume period.

Software
The Software setting shows the current Checkfront software version on your account. To view the latest system updates, click the Updates link or visit https://updates.checkfront.com/.
Network Location
The Network Location setting displays the node on which your Checkfront account is located. Click the Status link to view the system status and network performance, or visit https://checkfront.statuspage.io/.

Locale
The Locale setting shows your current Locale information. This information includes your locale, timezone, and currency. Click Change to edit your locale configuration.

System Users
The System Users setting shows the number of Staff accounts available in your subscription plan and the number of those actively being used. Click the Change link to manage your staff accounts.

Partner Accounts
Shows how many Partner accounts you currently have active in your account. Click Change to manage your Partner accounts.

Unique Webhook Limit
API Webhooks can send notifications to a remote server when a new booking is created or updated.
Click View to access the Checkfront Developer Tools page.

Customers
The Customer setting shows the number of Customers in your system. Click the View link to view a report on your current Customers.

Database Size
The Database field shows the size of your current account database. Click the Export link to export your entire system database in XML format. Your account database cannot be re-imported into your or any other Checkfront account and is for external use only.
Click the Admin link to purge various system records. This can be used to clear out sample records after testing your system before going live with real Customers.

Total Bookings
The Total Bookings field shows your account's total number of bookings. Click the View link to see a report of all your account bookings.

Account Created
The Account Created field shows the date and time the system created your account.
