Do you need to export ALL completed Guest waivers in full, not simply the document index? As waivers generally contain personally identifiable information, the requested waivers must be delivered via secure drive. You can request an export of completed waivers from our Technical Support team. |

Exporting the document index (video overview)
Exporting the document index (step-by-step)
Export the documents list by following these steps:
- Go to the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers).
- Select Sent & Submitted from the left-side menu.
- Specify your Save As, Format, Save To, Columns, Max Rows, and Formatting selections. Learn more about the export settings below.
- Click the Export button to open the Export modal.

Filter your data before exporting Before exporting, you may filter results by date, status, template type, and other criteria. |
Understanding the export modal settings
Specify your export file preferences, using the following settings:
| Field | Description |
| Save As | Specify the name of the export file. By default, the file name is Document Index appended by the applicable date range. You can edit the file's name by focusing on the Save As field and entering a different name. |
| Format | Export report to MS Excel (XLSX), CSV (Comma-separated Value), PDF (Portable Document Format), or XML (eXtensible Markup Language). |
| Save To | Save the report to My Computer, Email, or Google Drive. |
| Columns | Choose to export Visible columns or All columns (if there are columns you have chosen to hide in the online report view). |
| Max Rows | Limit the maximum number of rows to export (Max Rows) or Export All Rows. |
| Formatting |
Use the ISO Dates setting to choose the format of dates within the export.

Email exports are links to Google Cloud Emailed exports are sent as links to the files securely hosted in Google Cloud Storage. |
