Trying to book with a Checkfront business, but are being prompted to log in?
First, make sure you are logging into a Customer account. It should look something like the above screenshot and you would have accessed the link via the business you are trying to book with, for example through their website.
If visible, the URL will be appended by /reserve, for example: https://thelondonexperience.checkfront.com/reserve/.
Not all businesses require log in or even provide Customer accounts, so don't worry about this if you are not prompted! You should be able to book without issue.
If you are prompted to log in for the first time, then you will need to create an account. Simply click on the link at the bottom of the modal to initiate the process.
Forgotten your password or not sure if you have created an account yet? Simply click on the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the modal to initiate the password reset process. If an account cannot be found that matches your email address you can either create a new account or contact the Administrator of the account, as an option will display if we can't find your account.
