Prerequisites:
- Admin permission to manage Inventory.
- Your account must have access to items (Inventory > Items), which is a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront.
- This feature is not yet supported with products (Inventory > Products), which is a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

Back to topThis article simply describes the Data Columns presented within the Tags list. This is the second article in a series of articles on the Tags feature. Data Columns

Back to topA system-generated numerical ID used to identify your Tags.
- Name
Back to topThe name of your Tag. This name is visible to the Customer within the Customer Booking Page (Customers > Customer Booking Page or simply add /reserve on to your account URL), Booking Widget and reports.
- Items
Back to topThe number of Items associated with the Tag.
- Weight
Back to topDetermines the order in which your Tag display on the Customer Booking Page (Customers > Customer Booking Page or simply add /reserve on to your account URL) and the Booking Widget. The higher the weight, the closer to the beginning of the list the Tag will appear. If multiple Tags share the same weight, those Tags will be sorted alphabetically, while maintaining their collective position among the other weights.
- Visibility
Back to topThe Visibility column communicates whether the Tag is currently visible to Everyone, Staff only, in Reports only.
Filter the Tags list by Visibility using the drop-down menu of the same name. You can filter for those visible to Everyone, Staff only, and in Reports only.
Alternatively, you can view all Non-Archived Tags.
Sort Columns
Back to topClick on any of the column headers will to organize the rows for that column into alphabetical or numerical order as appropriate.
After clicking, a small arrow will appear in the header cell. If the arrow is pointing up, this means the data in the row is in ascending order. If the arrow points down, the data is in descending order. Refresh the page to reset the column back to its original state.
