Giving your products meaningful names, unique SKUs, clear categories, and descriptive tags helps you stay organized, enhances internal reporting, and makes your offerings easier to find and manage, both for your team and your Customers.

Naming your product
You can add or edit your product's name. Names are displayed externally on your Customer Booking Page and internally within reports and other tools on the staff side.

Product name character limitations A product name can be a maximum of 250 characters in length. |
Editing your product SKU
The SKU is generated for your product automatically when you enter the product name.
You can edit your product's unique identifier (SKU). The name can be any combination of letters or numbers. No other products can use the same SKU.

Adding or changing your product category
You can select, change, or create the category associated with your product. Categories are used externally within the Customer Booking Page and Staff-side reports and tools. Categories determine the organization and presentation of your products.
Do you need help finding the category you're looking for on the list? Open the Category menu, start typing the category's name, and then select it from the list.
You can also create a new category by typing the category name directly into the provided field.

Maximum number of products per category It is recommended that a maximum of 50 products be assigned to a category to reduce loading times on the customer-facing booking page. |

Adding or changing your product tags
You can add or change the Tag associated with your product by selecting a tag from the drop-down list.
