Optional Guest Form Field settings allow you to control who sees and completes each field on your booking forms. Use these settings to simplify the Guest experience, streamline staff workflows, and ensure you collect the right information from the right people.

Accessing the Options Tab
- Go to Manage > Integrations > Guest Management > Guest Form.
- Click Edit for any of the listed fields.
- Click the Options tab of the Edit Form Field modal to access visibility and requirement settings.
Configuring form field options
The Options tab houses the settings that determine whether your field is required and whether it is visible to Customers only, Staff only, or both!
For example, you may want your Staff to collect information when taking bookings over the phone, but not want those fields visible on the public booking form.
Show on form
Click the Show on form checkbox next to the Customer and/or Staff settings to include the field within the Guest Form.
- If you select Show on form next to the Customer setting, the field displays on the Customer-facing Guest Form.
- If you select Show on Form next to the Customer setting, the field displays on the Staff-facing Guest Form.

Mark field required
Click the Required check box to mark the Guest Form fields as mandatory.
- If you select Required next to the Customer setting, the field is mandatory on the Customer-facing Guest Form.
- If you select Required next to the Customer setting, the field is mandatory on the Staff-facing Guest Form.
