Use the check-in / check-out feature to mark when Guests arrive and depart for a booking. This feature clarifies your operations, helps track attendance, and flags no-shows or early departures.

Where can I find this feature using the top menu?
Click an active Booking ID anywhere in the system. For example, open the Booking Invoice from the Booking Index report (Reports > Booking Index > Booking ID > Booking Invoice > Check-in/Check-out).
You can also enter the Booking ID in the Search field found in the main menu to bring up the Booking Invoice.

- This feature is available in both our classic version, which uses classic items (Inventory > Items), and our classic version, which uses classic products (Inventory > Products). → Learn more about products
Checking in bookings
- On the Booking Invoice, locate the Check-in button in the left sidebar.
- Click Check-in to mark the Guest as arrived. This action:
- Updates the booking status with a checkmark icon (✓).
- Adds an invoice note under the staff account that acted.
- After check-in, the button changes to Check-out.

Resetting the check-in/out feature
You can reset the check-in status for a booking by clicking on the Reset Check-in button in the left sidebar. This button only appears once you have checked out a Customer.
Once reset, any previously checked-in or checked-out notes remain in the notes section of the invoice. You can now check in the Customer again if you wish.
