Recording refunds in the Android mobile booking app
You can use the Android Mobile Booking App to process and record a refund against one of the payments applied to an invoice in Checkfront.
Recording refunds
Recording a refund in the Android Mobile Booking App is straightforward:
- Tap a payment in the transactions list on the invoice Payments screen. This shows you the Payment Details of that transaction.
- Tap the button labeled Record as Refunded to process a full refund.
Once the refund has been recorded, it is added to your transactions list on the Payments screen above.

Refunding transactions processed outside the mobile app You cannot refund transactions processed outside the mobile booking app, such as a Visa POS payment. You must refund the payment externally and record it in the app as a POS refund to keep your records up to date. You can also process refunds in the desktop browser on your computer. |
