What is a waiver? A waiver allows you to collect essential information and signatures from your Customers, such as liability waivers, medical release forms, or rental agreements, before they participate in an activity or utilize your services. |
Locating unattributed waivers
Has a Customer signed a standalone waiver from the Kiosk or Public Directory, and now you need to find it to attribute to their booking? You can follow these steps to find an unattached waiver and attribute it to a booking:
1. Access and view all filled-in and submitted waivers in the All Documents section in the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers & Documents > Sent & Submitted).
2. Find any documents without a Booking ID in the Booking column. You have not yet attributed these waivers to a booking.
3. Attach the document to a booking from the Documents tab when editing an invoice and choose the Attribute Documents button.
