The Products list in Checkfront provides a centralized view of all your products, making it easy to search, sort, update settings, and take quick action. This enables you to stay organized, save time, and keep your offerings up to date.

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic items, classic products, or both?
- Your account must have access to classic products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our classic products version of Checkfront. This feature is not available for use with classic items (Inventory > Items) in our classic items version. → Learn more about products.
Working with your product list
Once created, products are listed on the Products page.
Filtering your product list
You can filter your list by Category, Asset Pool, Status (Show), or keyword Search of the SKU and Name fields.
Editing your product list
Click the Name or ID of the product within the Products page to enter the Product Builder and edit your product.
Sorting your product list
Product columns (SKU, Name, Category, Unit, ID, and Status) are sortable. Click the column header to sort the column by ascending or descending order.

Why is my product not visible on my booking page? There are several reasons your product may not be visible for booking, for example:

Product and category permissions Users with restricted product and category permissions may not automatically have permission to access newly created products and categories. Permissions should be reviewed to ensure Users have the correct ones enabled. Find out more about permissions here: |
Exporting products

Archiving products
