When you need a copy of a booking invoice on hand, the Checkfront Android app lets you download a PDF directly to your device, no desktop required. This article walks you through downloading an invoice PDF in the app, including how to access it offline later.

- Important: Only the QR Code Scanner feature of the app, used to check in Guests via QR Barcodes on invoices, is supported for products (Inventory > Products) at this time.
Downloading printable invoice PDFs from the Android mobile booking app
You can download a PDF of the booking invoice for easy viewing outside the app. It can be saved to your device and viewed when you may not have internet access.

Tap the third button at the bottom of the Booking screen to download a copy of the invoice for viewing outside the app.
This is the same PDF file generated when you email a copy to your Customer, as outlined here.
Once the invoice is saved to your device, you can access it at any time, even without an internet connection.
