Where can I find this feature using the top menu?

  • Booking Calendar:  Calendar > Booking
  • Daily Manifest: Booking > Daily Manifest
  • Booking Index: Reports > Booking Index

Booking calendar filtered by paid status with options to view by day and choose customer or item format.

Looking for a very simple list of paid bookings for the day? Then follow these steps to check out the Booking Calendar (Calendar > Booking).

  1. By default, the Booking Calendar displays bookings for Today. View bookings by Day from the drop-down menu next to the date filter.
  2. Next, select the Status filter and choose Paid bookings.
  3. Finally, choose to display Customer or Item/Product information for the booking.

You can then print the view from your browser, share the URL with other Staff, or click on the listing to learn more about the booking.

Looking for something a little more detailed with an export or print option? Check out the Daily Manifest and follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you view bookings for Today. This is the default view of the Daily Manifest.
  2. Next, select the Status filter and filter results for Paid bookings.
  3. Optionally, you can Export, Print, or Share the URL for the Daily Manifest.

Booking index displaying in-progress or same-day bookings filtered by paid status with export and print options.

The Booking Index (Reports > Booking Index) might be the best fit for a more detailed, transactional view of the day's bookings.

  1. Start by combining the Data Source and Date filters to filter for bookings that either Start or are In Progress as of Today.
  2. Next, select the Status filter and filter results for Paid bookings.
  3. Optionally, you can Export, View/print Booklet, or Share the URL for the Booking Calendar.
