The following date options allow you to refine the Inventory Calendar to meet your needs.

 

The calendar displays four weeks at a time, defaulting to the current week. Click Today to return to a view of the current week and today's inventory at any time!

 

You can jump back (<) in the calendar by four weeks and/or forward (>) by four weeks periods.

 

Scroll backward (<) or forward (>) through four weeks worth of your selected dates. 

 

Alternatively, you can choose a specific start date by selecting the date from the drop-down calendar or entering the date directly into the field provided.

Clicking the arrow under the Category label opens a drop-down menu of available inventory categories. By default, All categories of inventory are displayed within the calendar.

Select one or more categories from the list to filter out inventory by category, leaving only those from your chosen categories.

Do you have a long list of categories? Then, enter the category's name within the search field above the open menu, and the list is then limited to those values that start with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the category!

You can also filter the Inventory Calendar for select items/products. Click the arrow next to the Item/product label to open the drop-down menu and the list of available inventory displays.

This filter can be used independently or in tandem with the category filter. If one or more categories are selected, then the item/product list is restricted to those available for the selected category or categories.

As with the category filter, you can also type in the name of the item/product you are looking for in the search field, and the list will be limited to those items/products that match your entry. This is a convenient option for those who have long lists of inventory.

Enter a keyword in the Search field to filter the Inventory Calendar for a select inventory. Only items/products that contain the keyword in their name are displayed.

By default, timeslot and per time/flex time rows are collapsed. This way you can see the availability for the most items/products possible.

You can expand or collapse select item/product rows via the arrow icon (>) next to the item/product name to view or hide specific times.

You can share a link to the Inventory Calendar! Copy the URL from the Inventory Calendar page browser address bar and paste the link into the communication channel you prefer. Clicking the link will bring you to the Inventory Calendar with any date, category, item/product, and search filters applied.

The Inventory Calendar page can also be bookmarked within your browser so that you can quickly and easily return to your preferred view.

To access the linked content, recipients of shared links need to have Staff account access to view the Inventory Calendar. When clicking the link, they will be prompted to log in if they are not already logged in.

You can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features so that you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
