- Admin permissions or restricted permissions to View all Reports or the Booking Index.
- Third-party Channel Integration such as myallocator with External Bookings

Bookings made through one of your third-party channels (myallocator, Expedia, GetYourGuide...) are listed automatically within the Checkfront External Bookings page (Reports > Booking Index > External Bookings).
Simply, click the External Bookings button to review your External Bookings.

The External Bookings page is a list of all the bookings that have come in through third-party channels. From here you can view bookings processed and import the bookings into Checkfront. The following data is provided for each External Booking:
The third-party source through which the booking was processed, for example, myallocator.
The Channel through which the booking was processed.
The First Name, Last Name, and Email address of the Customer associated with the booking.
The Amount of the booking.
The number of units associated with the booking. This number corresponds to your item parameters in Checkfront.
The Description of the item booked.
- Start Date
The Start Date of the booking.
- End Date
The End Date of the booking.
The date the booking was last Modified.
The import status of the booking - either new or imported. Those that have been imported display a check-mark and the Booking ID.
Clicking on the status of the booking will open a modal with the details of the booking with options to Import Booking or View Booking depending on the status of the record.

Click Import Bookings to initiate the import process for any New External Bookings.
You will be given the opportunity to make changes to the booking before proceeding.
