Navigating by date
The date options below let you customize the Booking Daily List to suit your needs.
Jumping to today's date
By default, the periods start with data for today. Click the Today button to return to a view of today's Daily Summary and listings at any time!
Jumping to tomorrow
Click the Tomorrow button to jump to the Daily Booking Summary and tomorrow's listings.
Jumping forward and back
You can jump back (<<) and forward (>>) to past and future dates using the arrows next to the date filter.
Selecting a start date
Alternatively, you can choose a specific start date from the drop-down calendar that opens from the date filter or enter it directly into the field provided.
Filtering by date type
Open the Date Type drop-down menu and choose to filter for bookings based on how their dates align with your selected day:
| Date Type | Description |
| Starting | Displays bookings beginning on the selected date. |
| Ending | Displays bookings ending on the selected date. |
| In Progress | Displays bookings that are currently active on the selected date. |
For example, you may only want to view listings Starting that day to prepare for new arrivals.
Filtering by category
Clicking the arrow under the category label opens a list of available categories. By default, All categories are included in the Daily Booking Summary and displayed as listings.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out bookings by category, leaving only those from your chosen categories.

Search for the category If you have a long list of categories, enter the category's name within the Search... field above the open menu. The menu entries are then limited to those values that start with the same letters. From there, select the category you want! |
Filtering by status
Optionally, you can filter the Booking Daily List by one or more statuses (Deposit, Paid, Canceled...). The data displayed within the Daily Booking Summary and the listings are filtered accordingly.

Search for the status Searching for the status is quick if you're faced with a long list of filter options! Simply start entering the status name in the Search... field at the top of the list. |
Filtering by keyword search
Search by key information to filter for select records. The following booking information is searchable...
- Booker (Customer) names
- Contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses
- ID (Booking Code)
Expanding or collapsing content
You can expand and collapse the sections and rows within the Booking Daily List to suit your needs.

Expand or collapse select category sections via the arrow icon (>) next to the category name.
Expanding or collapsing all item/product rows for a select category
The icon at the far right of a select category allows you to expand or collapse all item/product rows.

Expand or collapse select item/product rows via the arrow icon (>) next to the item/product name.
Scrolling to view columns
Depending on how many columns you configure for the Booking Daily List, you may have to scroll to view all columns.
Sharing or bookmarking URLs
Every time you apply filters, the URL updates to include selected parameters.
You can:
- Bookmark the URL to return to the same filter view later.
- Share the link with other Staff who have the same permissions to view that data by copying the URL from the Booking Daily List page browser address bar and pasting it into your preferred communication channel.
Remembering filters
You can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features, so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
