Navigating by date
Back to topThe following date options allow you to optimize the Inventory Calendar to meet your needs.
Jumping to today's date
Back to topBy default, the periods start with data for today. Click Today to return to a view of today's Daily Summary and listings at any time!
Jumping to tomorrow
Back to topClick the Tomorrow button to jump to the Daily Booking Summary and tomorrow's listings.
Jumping forward and back
Back to topYou can jump back (<<) and forward (>>) to past and future dates.
Selecting a start date
Back to topAlternatively, you can choose a specific start date by selecting the date from the drop-down calendar or entering the date directly into the field provided.
Filtering by date type
Back to topWith the option to filter the Daily Booking Summary and listings displayed by Date Type, you can choose to display bookings Starting, Ending, or In Progress on the selected date. For example, you may only want to view listings Starting that day to prepare for new arrivals.
Filtering by category
Back to topClicking the arrow under the category label opens a dropdown menu of available categories. By default, All categories are included in the Daily Booking Summary and displayed as listings.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out bookings by category, leaving only those from your chosen categories.
If you have a long list of categories, enter the category's name within the Search... field above the open menu. The menu entries then limit to those values that start with the same letters. From there, select the category you want!
Filtering by status
Back to topOptionally, you can filter the Booking Daily List by one or more statuses (Deposit, Paid, Canceled...). The data displayed within the Daily Booking Summary and the listings are filtered accordingly.
Searching for the status is quick if faced with a long list of filter options! Simply start entering the name of the status in the Search... field at the top of the list.
Filtering by keyword search
Back to topSearch by key information to filter for select records. The following booking information is searchable...
- Booker (Customer) names
- Contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses
- ID (Booking Code)
Expanding or collapsing content
Back to topSections and rows within the Booking Daily List can be independently expanded and collapsed to suit your needs.

Scrolling to view columns
Back to topDepending on how many columns you configure for the Booking Daily List, you may have to scroll to view all columns.
Sharing or bookmarking URLs
Back to topYou can share a link to the Booking Daily List. Copy the URL from the Booking Daily List page browser address bar and paste the link into your preferred communication channel.
Clicking on the link brings you to the Booking Daily List with any date, category, status, search, item/product, or time mode filters applied.
The Booking Daily List can also be bookmarked within your browser so that you can quickly and easily return to your preferred view.
To access the linked content, shared link recipients must have Staff account access and appropriate permissions to view the Booking Daily List. When clicking the link, they are prompted to log in if they are not already logged in.
Remembering filters
Back to topYou can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features, so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
