Booking Daily List Booking Information

Bookings by category and item/product

As mentioned in the introduction to this series, listings are organized in rows by category and then item/product or time.

Items/products or times can have one or more associated listings depending on your business and configuration.

For each listing, the following information is presented by default:

Value	Description	Additional Details
Booking Code (ID)	This is the unique identifier associated with the booking.	Click on this code to open the Booking Invoice in a separate tab.
Booker	This is the person who submitted the booking.	Depending on your configuration and whether the booking includes additional guests, they may or may not be participating in the booking. They may be the principal contact for the booking.
Email	This is the email address of the Booker.
Source	This is the source of the booking (Website, Mobile, Partner, Staff...).
Status	This is the status of the booking.	Update the booking status directly from the Booking Daily List. You are asked if you want to send any associated status notifications with the change.
Check In/Out	Displays the check in/check out date and time for the item or product, where applicable.
Total	This is the total amount of the invoice.
Item Parameters/Product Guest Types	Columns display for each item parameter or product Guest type configured.	Includes Guests counts if you have enabled the Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration.
Total Quantity	This is the total of all item parameters/product Guest type counts.	Includes Guests counts if you have enabled the Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration.

Editing columns

Booking Daily List Edit Columns

By default, the booking information described in the previous section displays; however, you can customize which Columns by accessing the Columns modal at the top right of the bookings list.

Booking Detail Columns

You can include additional booking details such as phone, address, city, country, state/prov, postal/zip, or the note column and re-order (drag and drop) the columns to suit your preferred layout.

Custom columns using account parameters or guest types

Included in the booking detail columns list are configured account parameters or guest types, which can be included in the Booking Daily List as custom columns (Qty, Adult, Guests...).
