Navigating by date
The Booking Calendar provides a calendar view by Month, Week, or Day. By default, the system displays bookings for Today. You can jump back (<<) and forward (>>) to past and future dates. Click the Today option to return to view today's bookings at any time!
Alternatively, you can choose a specific date by selecting it from the calendar or entering it directly into the field in the required format, depending on whether you are viewing by Month, Week, or Day.
Filtering by category
Clicking the arrow next to the Search... field under the Category label opens a dropdown menu of available inventory categories.
Select one or more categories from the list to filter out bookings by category, leaving only those from your chosen categories.
If you have a long list of categories, start entering the category name in the Search...field. The list is then limited to those that begin with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the category!
Filtering by item or product
You can also filter the Booking Calendar for bookings with select items/products. Click on the arrow next to the item/product label to open the dropdown menu, which displays the list of available inventory items/products.
This filter can be used independently or in tandem with the category filter. If one or more categories are selected, then the item or product list is restricted to those available for the selected category or categories.
As with the category filter, you can also type the name of the item/product you are looking for in the Search...field, the list is then limited to those items or products that match your entry. This field is a convenient option for those with long inventory lists!
Filtering by status
Optionally, you can filter the Booking Calendar by one or more statuses (Deposit, Paid, Canceled, etc.). The bookings displayed are then filtered accordingly.
Searching for the status is a quick option when faced with a long list of filters! Start typing the status name in the Search... field at the top of the list.

Unlocked status bookings Bookings with an unlocked status do not appear on the Booking Calendar by default. You must specifically filter for unlocked statuses. If you frequently report on unlocked statuses, you can bookmark the Booking Calendar filtered for those statuses or save the filter within your user profile. |
Filtering by source
Filtering by Search
Search bookings for the calendar dates in view. The following booking information is searchable:
- Customer (Booker) names
- Contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses
- Item or Product Names
- Booking codes

Sharing or bookmarking URL
You can share a link to the Booking Calendar! Copy the URL from the Booking Calendar page's address bar and paste it into the preferred communication channel. Clicking the link takes you to the Booking Calendar with Date, Category, Item or Product, Status, Source, Search, mode, and view filters applied.
You can also bookmark the Booking Calendar page in your browser to return to your preferred view quickly.
To access the linked content, recipients of the shared link must have Staff account access and appropriate permissions to view the Booking Calendar. When clicking the link, the system prompts Staff to log in.
Remembering filters
You can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
