Configure the Booking Calendar format to tailor the view and make managing your schedule easier.
Learn how to choose which booking information to display, including Customer name and item/product name, show all bookings, choose a calendar format, and view hover details.

Displaying Customer or item/product name
Choose which information to display as the label for each booking: either the Customer Name or the item/product name. You can easily toggle between the two options depending on your needs.
Displaying Customer Name
By default, bookings display the Customer name. For more information, hover over the booking or click it to open the side panel with additional booking insights.

Displaying Item/Product Name
Click on the Item/Product toggle to view bookings with the item or product name displayed. For more information, hover over the booking or click it to open the side panel with additional booking insights.

Showing all bookings
By default, up to 5 booking rows are displayed. Click Show all bookings to reveal all bookings without expanding the list for each date. Uncheck Show all bookings to revert to the default view.
Viewing calendar or list format
You can view bookings using the Calendar or List format when viewing the Booking Calendar by Week or Day.

Viewing by calendar format
By default, the Booking Calendar displays in the traditional calendar format.
Viewing by list format
Select the List format to view a vertical list of your daily bookings. This stacks the bookings for the day, first by all-day/night, then by earliest in the day by start time.
Hover Information
You can find further information by hovering over the booking with your cursor without toggling between the Customer and item/product format. On hover, the Customer and item/product name display along with Start Time where applicable.
