Viewing booking informationBack to top
You can access more details about each booking by clicking on the booking to open the booking side panel. All other bookings for that day are listed for easy access and search.
Gaining insights from the booking headerBack to top
The header of the side panel gives you a roll-up of the day's numbers where applicable, including...
Date in focus
|This is the date in focus within the booking side panel. This is the day you selected within the Booking Calendar.
Total number of bookings for the day
|The total number of bookings for the day in focus. This includes all the bookings listed within the booking side panel.
Total number of Guests + guest types breakdown
The total number of Guests for that day. This includes all the bookings listed within the booking side panel.
Included in brackets is a breakdown of the numbers by Guest types, for example, the number of Children, Adults, or Guests.
Total Amount Paid
|This is the total amount paid for the day in focus and all the bookings listed.
Total Amount Due
|This is the remaining amount due for the day in focus and all the bookings listed.
Searching or opening the daily manifestBack to top
|Find a booking by Booker, source, booking code, or item/product within the day in focus.
Open Daily Manifest
Option to open the Daily Manifest in a new tab.

Viewing booking detailsBack to top
View additional information regarding the booking selected (highlighted in blue) and all other bookings for the day!
The Booking Code associated with the Booking.
Click on the Booking Code to access the related Booking Invoice in a new tab.

Under the Booking Code is also a list of items or products booked, e.g. Walking Tour with a Taste of London.
Items or Products booked
|This is a list of the item(s) or product(s) within the booking.
This is the name of the person who submitted the booking.
Included in brackets is a breakdown of the numbers by guest types, for example, the number of Children, Adults, or Guests.
This is the email address of the person who submitted the booking.
Clicking on the email address begins a new email message within the email application configured for use with your computer.
You can also copy and paste the email address into your preferred application.
Booking Start and End Date/time
These are the start and end dates of the first item/product in the booking.
Start and end times are included for per Time and Timeslot Allocations.
This is the payment made towards the booking.
The amount due is displayed in brackets next to the payment amount if any amount is still owing, for example:
Payment: $0.00 (Due: $258.52)
|This identifies the source of the booking, whether it be a Staff member, Partner, or booked by a Customer directly through your website.
This is the current status of the booking.
You can change the status of the booking using the drop-down menu.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in or check-out your Guests associated with the booking. This applies to high-level booking and any associated Guests if using Guest Forms.
You can Reset Check-in if the booking is checked-out in error.
