The System menu (Manage > System) link takes you to a snapshot view of your system and some of its functionality. Here, you find quick links to manage your Subscription, System Users, Database, and more!

Here you can see your current Subscription plan. Click Modify to change your plan or Modify your payment details.

Click Close to view account closure options.

Communicates the number of bookings processed through your system during your annual booking volume period.

Shows the current Checkfront software version on your account. Click Updates to view the latest updates to the system or visit https://updates.checkfront.com/.

Shows the node on which your Checkfront account is located. Click Status to view the system status and network performance, or visit https://checkfront.statuspage.io/.

Shows your current Locale information. This includes your locale, timezone, and currency. Click Change to edit your locale configuration.

Shows how many staff accounts you currently have available in your subscription plan and how many of those are actively being used. Click Change to manage your staff accounts.

Shows how many Partner accounts you currently have active in your account. Click Change to manage your Partner accounts.

API Webhooks can send notifications to a remote server when a new booking is created or updated.

Shows how many Customers you currently have in your system. Click View to view a report of your current Customers.

Shows the size of your current account database. Click Export to export your entire system database in XML format. This cannot be re-imported into your or any other Checkfront account and is for external use only.

Click Admin to purge various system records. This is particularly useful for clearing out sample records after testing your system before going live with real Customers.
