Opening the inventory calendar side panel
Inventory booked per day or per night
You can access more information about bookings for each per Day or per Night interval by clicking any cell with booked inventory in your calendar. This action opens a panel on the side, allowing you to see existing bookings for that date. See the animated screenshot above for an example.
Inventory booked with timeslots or flextime
You can view timeslots or flextime inventory calendar rows by first expanding the calendar using the arrow (>) to the left of the item/product name.
You can then open the side panel by clicking on any cell with booked inventory to see existing bookings for that date. See the animated screenshot above for an example.
|
Maximum Available for the Day At the top of each timeslot and flextime product section is a row of read-only cells. Considering existing bookings, these cells display the maximum available inventory for the day for the item in focus. |

This option is helpful if you check out a booking in error. |

| Product Bookings with Shared Inventory |
If your product shares inventory with another product, then the system lists any relevant bookings under the Product Bookings with Shared inventory. You can expand the section to see all bookings for each product that shares the inventory in focus. |
