- An Admin account to request Technical Support.
Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new or both?
- This feature is available in both our classic version using items (Inventory > Items) and our newest version using products (Inventory > Products). → Learn more about products
For privacy and security reasons, we cannot reset the password of an Administrator's account at the request of another Staff User or someone who is not associated with the account.
Please try to have the Administrator whose email is associated with the account, reset the password.
If you are still unable to gain access, please contact Technical Support and we can explore options with you.
