The Account Activity report is most commonly used for monitoring account activity and troubleshooting. The report is a detailed journal of the events that occur in your system.
Use this report to review Staff, Partner, and Customer activity, including locating and identifying problems that might occur during regular system usage.
- Report on activity by Date, Source, Class, Event, ID, Message, and Booker/Item or Booker/Product.
- Sort and customize columns.
- Filter by Date, Log, Staff, Priority, or Search.
- Save your filter selections for ease of use.
- Bookmark or share URL with filter selections intact.

- Staff changes to Time Slots for Item Events are not logged.
- Deleted Notes are not copied to the log.

The Account Discounts report is most commonly used for reporting on Discounts used. Use this report to view a simple list of discounts attached to at least one booking.

Report on Discount name, number of associated Bookings, Total Discount value, and Last date Used.
- Includes Discount name, the number of associated Bookings, Total amount saved, and date Last Used.
- Add Discounts.
- Sort data columns.

- This feature is not yet supported with products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our Classic Products version of Checkfront.
- Excludes Discounts that have not been used.

This tool is used to view bookings in a traditional calendar format.
- Report on entries by Item/Product or Customer.
- Report on booking details, including the option to access associated Booking Invoices.
- Add a New Staff-side Booking.
- Add to an External Calendar (via iCal).
- Filter by date, Category, Item/Product, Status, Source, and keyword Search.
- Save your filter selections for ease of use.

The Booking Daily List is most commonly used for analyzing inventory operations daily.

- Report on Booking data such as Customer, Source, Amount, Amount Paid, Amount Due, and Status.

- Change the booking Status from the Booking Index.
- Check-in or Check-out the booking.

The Booking Notes report is most commonly used for accessing your list of bookings with notes to address action items.

The Booking Traffic report is most commonly used for monitoring and comparing booking traffic trends over time. Use this report to view Web Bookings, Staff Bookings, and Visitors trends.

The Booking Volume report is most commonly used for monitoring booking trends over time. Use this report to identify Booking numbers and trends over time based on sums of Booking Invoice totals.

- Report on the number of Bookings, item/product Qty, and Total value of bookings by Date.
- Includes Discounts applied.
- Sort columns.

- The amounts shown within this report are a summary of the booking amounts and do not reflect any transaction data (monies received).

The Booking Volume report might not align with the Booking Sales report depending on your account configuration, as the Booking Sales report includes Imported bookings.
- This report is not item or product-specific.

The Cashout report is most commonly used to report amounts received vs. owing for a select day. Use this report to review financial transactions related to a specific day from an Accounting perspective.

The Commission report is most commonly used for reporting on Partner Commissions - both owed and paid.

- Report on data for Item/Product Total, Commission Amount, Commission Owed, and more.

- Filter by Date Source, Date, Account, and Commission Status.

This tool is used for managing Customer records. Use this report to view a list of Customers within your Checkfront account.

The Daily Manifest is most commonly used for managing the upcoming day. Use this report to view booking updates and manage Bookers and Guests.

The Dashboard is most commonly used for monitoring important information about your business. It is the central hub of your Checkfront account and the first screen you arrive at after logging in. It provides ready access to the most important and up-to-date information on your business.

This Discount List is most commonly used for managing configured Discounts. Use this report to view a list of the multi-use Discounts configured for your account.

The Inventory Calendar is most commonly used for managing inventory availability. View Inventory availability by date, organized by Category and Item/Product.

The Inventory list is most commonly used for managing configured Items/Products within your account.

The Occupancy report is most commonly used for reporting Occupancy rates over time. Use this report to identify performing inventory through monthly Occupancy and booking volume trends, including a detailed monthly overview of your item/product availability.

Report on a monthly or yearly basis.

View the Occupancy rate (%) and a few data points related to average and actual revenue. All this on a per-item or product basis.

The Revenue report is most commonly used to report on payments received over time. Use this report to view the money you have received for each booking.

The Sales report is most commonly used to report sales numbers from seven perspectives! Use this report to view Sales numbers and trends over time, based on sums of Booking Items/Products.
- Report on Item/Product Quantity, Discounts applied, Gross Sales, Net Sales, Total Paid, and Balance Owing data.
- Report on a Date Source of Created, Starts, or Ends to isolate bookings to suit your Tax reporting needs.

The Transaction report is commonly used to report on payments received through Payment Providers or other methods. Use this report to view a list of your transactions based on date range, traffic source, or transaction type.
- Report on transaction amounts collected, regardless of when the bookings took place.
- Report on Total amounts paid through your Payment Provider.

- Filter by Date, Payment Type, Event, Staff Category, and keyword Search.

Waivers and Documents are most commonly used for reviewing documents sent and submitted.
- Available to Plus, Enterprise, and Flex plans.
- Report on Booking code, Document number, Document, Status, Updated Date and more.
- Sort and customize columns.
- Filter Date by Updated, Created, Completed.
- Filter for Custom Date ranges, in addition to seven other preset periods.
- Filter by Status or Template or Search Documents.

- The Export feature Exports the list of Waivers and Documents, not the actual Waivers and Documents.

The optional Weekly Summary Email is a 7-day summary of key analytics and activity.

- Sometimes referred to as the Snapshot Email.
- This email is only sent if you have had bookings in the last seven days.
- The Weekly Summary and Sales Report differ as the Weekly Summary displays the Number of bookings, whereas the Sales Report displays the Item/Product Quantity.
- The Weekly Summary displays values based on the transactions that occurred in that time period, whereas the Sales Report displays values based on when the bookings were created.
